Rally to Oppose Eminent Domain Hearing

Join us on Thursday morning at 8:30AM for a rally with songs, banners, art, skits, speeches. The Public Service Board and Vermont Gas have filed a motion to keep the public out of an evidentiary hearing to decide the fate of Geprag's Park in Hinesburg VT. These meetings are usually open to the public, but bureaucratic bodies and the company are afraid that protesters will stop this hearing, and they need it to move forward to meet their construction deadlines. We aren't going quietly. Come out and get noisy with us! The gas company wants to forcibly take public park land by Eminent Domain to put the fracked gas pipeline through wetlands and warbler habitat.
Bring a friend along - carpool, make plans to stay with friends/family in Central VT, we need as many people as possible!
