Ever wish you had access to sustainably harvested, delicious wild sockeye salmon, direct from the fishermen? Well you're in Luck! A friend of mine and former coworker, Matt Luck, now owns a fishing boat in Alaska and is selling his salmon directly to consumers. This is the second year that he has offered this and it is once again available in Vermont! Pick ups will be on October 8 in Burlington and on October 9 in the Mad River Valley, from 10-4 both days.
The salmon is from this seasons’ catch. It's sustainably harvested, flash frozen, and vacuum sealed in convenient packages (fillets or portions). This is the best tasting salmon I've ever had and is very reasonably priced, at $11.99 per pound. Buy a whole 20 lb box of fillets or portions for yourself and your family, or divide a box with friends. Many people I know are getting extra this year because they ran out last year.
