This Thursday there will be a special NPA meeting where the plans to demolish Q-tees and build a 3 story 28 unit apartment complex will be shown. I believe that North Winooski Street is going to be undergoing massive redevelopment in the next 5 years with 3 large scale apartment complexes already in the planning stages for this block. More so I feel most residents are unaware/ apathetic of just how big a change the Old North End is undergoing. There has also been a serious lack of transparency as to who will be developing the Q tee’s site, as well as the site across the street that will become a 23 unit apartment complex.

Speak now to the developers while you still have a chance. These changes will affect everything from parking in our neighborhood, the ability for you to afford a home, the complete culture of where you live, to where you get your morning cup of coffee.

The meeting will start at 7PM. Music will be provided beforehand at 5 PM by the Brass Balagan, a community Balkan street band. A community dinner will be served at 5:30 PM
