Malcolm Moore will be leading a Marlboro Historical Society walk along the old town road that was at one time the most direct route to Newfane...down Whitaker Farm Road onto what is now Lahar Road, and into one of the more remote valleys of Marlboro. Stone walls and the gurgling brooks will guide the way down. Not a particularly difficult hike, still plan to bring sturdy shoes. Meet at the Historical Society at 9 am sharp, and we will carpool to the site of departure.
