We are having a celebration of the completion of the mural that is along the bike path on the I89 freeway structure. It will be Thursday, July 28th at 5:30PM. We hope you can join us to thank those who have helped make this possible with their support, donation of materials and skills as artists. We had high school students working along side adult artists to create a mural that honors Montpelier as a city full of music that unites us in its song lines. There will be some musicians at the celebration who will bring the mural to life.

The best way to come would be to park in the Montpelier High School lot next to the playing field, cut across the grass to the bike path along the river and walk on the path away from the city toward the railroad station, past the peace park and to the mural site. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. If walking is difficult, you can park at the end of the path by going toward the railroad station; after the turn to the station you will see the path. You can pull over there but there is not much space.
