Thursday October 17th- MAD SCIENTIST DAY!
GMK turns into a laboratory filled with experiments ranging from fascinating and educational to downright wacky! Don’t wear your best clothing to this lab!
Lunch and afternoon snack provided.

Friday October 18th- GMK DRIVE-IN MOVIE DAY!
We’re unveiling our brand new movie projector in grand fashion.
Leave your cozy pajamas on and come enjoy a movie on our big screen!
Lunch, afternoon snack, AND POPCORN provided.
Please pack a morning snack on vacation days.

Green Mountain Kids (GMK) is a licensed center based nonprofit collaborative that provides preschool, after school, school vacation and summer adventure camp programs for kids ages 3-12 in Lamoille County. GMK is a 501(c)(3) organization that operates from tuition, grants and donations. Green Mountain Kids is a parent owned and run nonprofit program that relies greatly upon the support and vision of parents to create our much valued GMK community. We participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program and our center provides lunch and afternoon snack to all enrolled participants at no separate cost. We also accept Vermont State Subsidy for those families that qualify for this assistance. Green Mountain Kids has also recently received 3 STARS recognition by the State of Vermont Child Development Division. STARS is Vermont’s quality recognition system for child care, preschool, and after school programs. Programs that participate in STARS are stepping ahead — going above and beyond state regulations to provide professional services that meet the needs of children and families.

Green Mountain Kids is located at 21 Munson Avenue in Morrisville. We encourage you to stop by the center any time with your child to meet the staff and learn more about the program. GMK operates week days from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
