This year is going to be a hoot!! There will be a puppet show by Modern Times Theater, comedy by Peter Gould, local food, Ben & Jerry's, games for kids, a localvore raffle (including local art, crafts, and more!), pie auction & a cash bar ft: Hill Farmstead Beer! Come on out and Celebrate the Arts in YOUR community!
Entertainment features: Modern Times Theater is duo entertainment at it’s best. Mastering the thoroughly modern mediums of pantomime, puppetry and novelty music, husband and wife performers Justin Lander and Rose Friedman delight crowds with a fresh take on the entertainment styles of the past. In "Punch's Predicament", they delight audiences with their handmade papier mache and wooden puppets, in a modern Vermont update of the age-old punch and Judy show.
Modern Times Theater is Rose Friedman and Justin Lander, alumnus of the Bread and Puppet Theater, and co-founders of Vermont’s premier Vaudeville troupe Vermont Vaudeville.
