Herbal Pick ‘n Sip – Digestive Herbs

Spring Mountain Herbs on Ireland Rd, Starksboro announces the first class in a series of introductory classes addressing various systems of the body. This first class will focus on digestive herbs. The tastes and energetics of 15-20 herbs will be presented, so that participants can begin to understand which herbs will be helpful for their individual constitutions. Herbal actions pertinent to the digestive system will be introduced. We will go out into the field and garden to forage for exemplars of these digestive actions and then come back to make various teas, while discussing some of the most common digestive concerns addressed by the herbs we are picking.
