This is an event at Snow Farm Vinyard and Winery that seeks to officially launch a foundation, the Stefan Pierson Foundation: conquertheday.org. Along with good tunes, good food join us in introducing this philanthropic mission whose aim is to help young adult (18-25+) cancer patients at the University of Vermont Medical Center who are, as Stefan was, being impacted by serious cancer just as they are starting out in life either in college, or out on their own.
