Carol Steiner of Stratton is the July Artist of the Month at Wardsboro Public Library. Each quilt that Steiner makes is a labor of love and pure enjoyment. The quilt donated to the raffle benefitting the Friends of the Wardsboro Library, "Fifty Shades of Green," was inspired by a log cabin pattern. The winning ticket for this stunning quilt will be drawn at the Gilfeather Turnip Festival in October. This special quilt is one of many pieces on display at the library.
