Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop beginning Wednesday, October 16 at the the Tinmouth Old Firehouse - 6-8 pm
MBSR is a 6-8 week training which may help to shift your relationship to stress in our busy, over-scheduled lives. There is a lot of current research showing that mindfulness training can have a positive impact on all of us, and on the lives of those dealing with the physical and emotional effects of chronic stress, pain, and disease. The training incorporates both formal and informal practices (gentle yoga, meditation). The commitment is a commitment of your time to yourself (and the class) and a willingness to practice.
