On Your Mark, Get Healthy at the Craftsbury Public Library on Tuesday July 19th 4-5 PM. Please join Jeri Wohlberg, Family Nurse Practitioner from the Hardwick Health Center to learn about health. There will be interactive stations where you can learn about healthy eating, the effects of exercise on your body, first aid and more. All ages, all abilities, all welcome. This is a free program.
