The Essex Junction Zoning Board of Adjustment will be meeting on Tuesday, July 19th at 6 PM at the Village Offices (2 Lincoln Street, right at the Five Corners).
The first item on the agenda is called “Audience for Visitors.” This is your chance to discuss an issue or concern that you want to share with the Board. If your comments relate to an item scheduled for later on in the meeting, you must hold your comments until that item comes up for discussion.
The second item is “Additions or Amendments to the Agenda.” At this time, the commission may vote to add additional (very minor) topics/issues to the agenda.
The third item is “Minutes Review.” The commission will review and potentially change or approve the minutes of their March 15th meeting.
The fourth item is a hearing on a request for a variance for an existing storage shed located two feet from the side property line at 22 Pleasant Street.
