This Sunday at Setting Sun Teahut on East Hill, our summer ceremony! Come enjoy the teahut for a Japanese tea ceremony followed by a tasting of some fresh Japanese Green teas.

The Teahut was designed with ceremony in mind. The Tatami mats, the scroll, the size and shape. Come Experience the way of Tea.

Though more formal than some of our other tastings, classes or at the market, think of this event more like going to a nice restaurant rather than cooking at home.

Not sure this class is for you? Come try a bowl of matcha or another Japanese green tea at the farmers market this Friday to find out. (if you prepay for Sundays class, the bowl of tea will be free!) so come ask be the class or tea in general, consider it a preview for Sunday's ceremony.
