A reminder that we also meet weekly for fun runs (Tuesdays at 5:30 pm on the Montpelier bikepath behind the Dept. of Labor), and for track/interval workouts (Wednesdays at 6:00 pm on the Montpelier High School track). Come join us - all are welcome!
