A.M. “Boot Camp" starting Monday 7/18 at 7:30.
This is 6 week all levels exercise session (ages 16 and up). A $5 drop-in donation is suggested per class.
This class will include dynamic strength, agility, and endurance training. Restorative stretching at the end of our workout will leave us feeling invigorated. Using a combination of high-energy bodyweight exercises and resistance work with varying equipment, the whole body is challenged.
Please bring a mat and/or towel, water bottle, and tenacious spirit for a super fun, all levels circuit-style bootcamp taught by Emma Manion, Fitness Trainer.
