I will be leading a walk this coming Saturday morning to a hillside millsite on Fisher Brook, high above the Augur Hole valley. The remains of the mill dam is quite beautiful and we will also peruse adjacent house and barn foundations. We will meet & leave from the Marlboro Historical Society's Newton House at 9 am sharp and will carpool to the site. Bring your hiking shoes as there will be two stages of the walk, the first very simple, while the second up to the millsite is a bit more complicated. Hope to see you then!
