Antiques and Uniques Festival has been held the second Saturday in July every year since 1971 on Craftsbury Common in Vermont. At this sweet summer event, of more than 100 antiques dealers and Vermont crafters thousands of shoppers gather in the small country village where Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Trouble with Harry” was filmed. Live folk and fiddle music with Vermont Fiddle Orchestra and an all-local foods barbecue attract shoppers from all corners of Vermont and out-of-state. A silent auction, 10,000 title book sale, farmer’s market, Senior’s seating, kids games and specialty foods vendors enhance the day making it a great event for ages zero to antique! Shine or rain... Or snow or hail... $5 parking fee goes directly to the town fire department.
