School’s out, but reading is more exciting than ever with the Scholastic Summer Fun Bus!

The Flying Pig Bookstore is thrilled to be Vermont’s only stop on the 2016 Scholastic Summer Reading Road Trip! Come to our pop-up summer reading festival outside the Flying Pig Bookstore this Sunday, July 10, from 1-3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public -- all ages welcome!

A 27-foot custom-decorated RV from Scholastic will be chock-full of games, crafts, activities, giveaways, plus loads of great Scholastic books! Children can meet and take photos with Clifford and Geronimo Stilton costume characters. Three fabulous authors--Ellen Miles, Phoebe Stone, and Eric Luper--will be Scholastic’s featured authors for the event.
