Stowe Vibrancy invites you to An Old-Fashioned Fourth of July village party on Monday, July 4!
This event is presented by our event sponsor, Shaw's General Store, and brought to you with the support of our generous 2016 Annual Sponsors.
10:00 a.m.: Kick off your Independence Day celebration with local favorite, Moscow Parade on Moscow Road, "The World's Shortest Parade" held in Moscow Village for 40 years!
11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Make your way to Stowe Village, where there will be continuous live band music and great food options, including free popcorn & snow cones! Park Street will be alive with a special Art on Park artisan market, featuring beautiful handmade Vermont art and craft items for sale, along with some delicious sweet treat samples! Other Village activities include a bouncy house, bounce-and-box, dunk tank with local celebrities, pie-eating contest, putting green, rock climbing wall, "The Groovy Guy" show and an appearance by Miss Vermont 2016!
1:00 p.m. The 4th Annual Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Parade starts at this time, which is our largest and best one to date! Be sure to secure your spot along Main Street early for this main event!
A convenient Park & Ride Shuttle donated by Sushi Yoshi will be running continuously between the Mayo Farm Events Fields and Stowe Main Street.
Following all of the Village fun, The Town of Stowe and its Parks & Recreation Department are hosting the exciting Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks on the Mayo Events Fields, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
