Join us at Rokeby Museum on Sunday, July 3rd at 3 pm, for a reading of Frederick Douglass's powerful oration, "What to the Slave is the 4th of July?". Given by Douglass on July 5, 1852, it called attention to the unfulfilled promise of equal liberty for all as stated in the Declaration of Independence.
