Baby and Me Yoga will not be held as it is the 4the of July.
Classes are usually the first and third Monday of the month at the Open Space in Hardwick at 10:30 am.
The next Baby and Me Yoga class will be Monday July 18th for babies ages 8 weeks-1 year or walking and their caregivers. Enjoy connecting with your little one on the mat while you get a nice stretch, breath work and relaxation as well as a time to connect with other parents/caregivers and babies.
