Come to MMCTV for free popsicles, studio tours and an art exhibit by Underhill banner guru Mary Hill before (9am-10.30am) and after (till about 1pm) the Richmond July 4th parade. We are located at 35 West Main Street, Richmond, next to Arabesque Etc. dance studio. MMCTV will also have a three-person team filming the fun run and parade.
