Summerville Area Block Party Planning

Past event
Jul 7, 2016

Planning is in full swing for the Summerville area Block Party, which will be held on August 20 in the Summerville area of St. Johnsbury. The event will be free and open to the public. Thusfar, plans are to include a climbing wall, bounce house, “town” table, vision wall, music, and games for children.

It is hoped that out of this Block Party, there may emerge some folks who wish to take leadership in resurrecting the Summerville Neighborhood Association, though this is not required in order to participate.

If you are a resident of the Summerville area of St. Johnsbury, please consider coming to the next planning meeting on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 6pm at NEKCA, located on 115 Lincoln Street, St. Johnsbury. Bring a friend, bring a neighbor and bring your good ideas.

This effort is being coordinated by members of DART 2.0, the Community Restorative Justice Center, the Kingdom Recovery Center, and NVRH in partnership with many helping hands from Summerville area residents.
