This year's Grand Marshall, who will be riding in the coach in our 4th of July parade, will be Dick Lathrop- a kind and well loved man who we are proud to honor. Dick and his family have done so much for our community and it is our pleasure that he be recognized for all he has done.
In addition, Bill James will be in the parade again this year- he will turn 105 years old on July 5, 2016. Please congratulate him and wish him well!
There will be a birthday celebration for Bill and his Old Phart friends at the American Legion Post 19 on Sunday, July 3rd, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Come join us and stay for the festivities at the Rec Field which begin at 6:00 and finish with the excellent fireworks which will occur about 9-9:30 PM, always amazing for everyone!
