The dreaded "sneeze pee" may be common, but it's NOT a normal part getting older or life after having a baby! In this workshop, we’ll go beyond kegels to teach you how your body's alignment and muscle tightness and weakness can impact pelvic floor function. You’ll learn how to build the essential strength you need to keep your body optimally aligned for a strong and supple pelvic floor. Building glute and hip strength, improving your alignment and breathing patterns, and stretching and corrective exercises will help you restore and maintain your pelvic floor AND your whole body health! This is also an excellent workshop for anyone dealing with diastasis recti (overly separated abdominal muscles, common after pregnancy). Workshop is a combination of lecture and movement.
