There will be a Special Town Meeting at 7:30 Wednesday June 29th, the meeting will be held in the basement of the Congregational Church in Dummerston Center. Voters will be asked if the petition to raise funds for the construction of the Center Fire Station will be decided by Australian ballot.
The actual vote on raising those funds will be held early in August; the meeting this Wednesday is just to decide whether that vote will be by Australian ballot (during the State Primary on August 9th) or a Special Town Meeting floor vote that would be held during that second week of August.
