Matthew Carter, Enrollment Outreach specialist with Vermont Health Connect, will be available to discuss and answer your questions regarding enrollment in the new Health Care Exchange program. He will provide an approximately 30 minute individual or family visit to help you negotiate insurance options in the new exchange.
