Come join fellow inquisitive souls as we play with uniting the movement of our breath to the movement of our body.
These classes are intended to help bring about an awakened awareness and a more harmonious state of being.
Through gentle movement, breath work, and guided meditation students will be lovingly introduced to the practice of yoga.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your mat or towel and a bottle of water, suggested fee of $15.00.
