What is Totus Tuus? Well directly translated from Latin Totus Tuus means "Totally Yours" and was the motto of Blessed John Paul II. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington uses it as the name for their summer youth program, dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting our Faith.
St. Ambrose is pleased to be hosting this summer program for it's 2nd year! Dates are July 10-14 for grades 9-12 (and recent high school graduates) 7:30pm-9:30pm, July 11-15 for grades K-8 9am to 3pm. Lunches & snacks will be provided, along with before and after care for the young grades, at no additional cost.
Cost is $50/child or $75/family, for the whole week! Scholarships are available. If you have a student in 7th or 8th grade that feels more comfortable attending with the older group, arrangements can be made. Also if your student can only attend part of the week, or half days for the younger group, again arrangements can be made.
There will be a big Kick Off dinner on Sunday July 10th from 5pm to 6:30pm, complete with the world famous magician Tom Verner! He amazes people of all ages, and inspires us all though his work with Magicians Without Borders, www.magicianswithoutborders.com. Even if your student can't join us for Totus Tuus please come enjoy this free meal and show.
While this is a Catholic program, students of all creeds are welcome, we would love to share our faith! You will not find a more rewarding, inexpensive program this summer. Please email me, llgrover722@gmail.com, for a registration form today!
