You're invited to the Addison Central School District inaugural meeting on Wednesday, June 22 at 6:00 pm in the Middlebury Union High School auditorium. Join Education Secretary Rebecca Holcomb, former Governor Jim Douglas, ACSU Superintendent Peter Burrows, and your ACSD board members for a meeting that will officially kick off the new unified school district, comprising the towns of Bridport, Cornwall, Ripton, Middlebury, Salisbury, Shoreham, and Weybridge. Voters will elect school district officers and set the date for the annual meeting. Refreshments and a reception to follow. I hope to see you there to celebrate the thoughtful work of our communities!
