Vermont Hand Crafters is sponsoring a Meet the Artist weekend to allow visitors to see artists and artisans at work in their studios. Edwards Smith Fine Woodworking, located at 669 Essex Road (Vermont 2A) in the white farm house with a blue roof and a red barn in back and just opposite to River Cove Road, is participating in this event. Look for the sign in the yard. Everyone is invited to see how wood in log form goes to the finished product of turned bowls, wooden spoons and spatulas. A full display of finished products will be available for purchase.
