Taste of Vermont is an “a la carte” small plate style menu highlighting local Vermont produce and proteins. Each item on the menu is paired with a small unique cocktail that will be made to order tableside. Each plate will cost from $10 - $18 dollars, with the price of the cocktail included.
There will be vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten free items on the menu. All guest must be 21 years or older to participate in the cocktail service. You may still come if you’re under the age of 21 but your cocktails will be made as mocktails and there will be no change of price. Our menu will play host to locally forged produce and garnishes. Our first seating will start at 6:00pm, make your reservations now!

Fresh ramp pesto served with house made pasta, trio of mushrooms, and garnished with locally forged chive blossoms – paired with a vodka, Lillet, prosecco and muddle ramp cocktail
House Cured Pancetta in a chili and honey glaze served burnt pineapple, blistered shishito peppers, and garnished with a local honeycomb - paired with a spicy pineapple margarita
Trout, preserved lemon, fresh bean salad, garnished with a tempura fried local fiddlehead - paired with a pickled lemon French 75

An Amaretto sour – A shot of Amaretto served over a fresh lime sorbet
