Dear Neighbors - Please join us on Sunday, Oct 13 at 7:00 at the library to kick off this season’s Planet Huntington with Nancy and Dan Stoddard: New Zealand hosts one of the most dramatic and diverse natural landscapes on earth. Join them while they share their 3-week trip to New Zealand's South Island. From the city of Nelson and the golden sandy beaches along the aquamarine Abel Tasman Sea, they traveled down the west coast through alps, glaciers and rugged coastline to the beautiful Fjordland National Park. Rainforest, marine life (including penguins and seals), and 5000 ft. sheer rock faces are among the natural beauty of Milford Sound. Their return trip up the east coast included glacial lakes, pasture land, sheep, sheep and more sheep. Their trip ended with in the northeast corner, and Nelson - New Zealand's wine country.
