JFM Update - More Notes from Vendors

Past event
Jun 16, 2016, 3 to 6:30 PM

Hi neighbors
I was in the process of updating and adding to yesterday's Jericho Farmers Market's Front Porch Forum posting and I missed the cut off!

So I thought I would post it with the updates I'd added that did not get in on Wednesday for the Thursday forum. Even though many of you won't see this till after the markets over! Some of you may have already read much of this yesterday but there's a bunch of new stuff at the bottom so take a look. Hopefully we'll see you at the market and if not much of the information is the same for next week!

Jericho Farmers Market this Thursday June 16th - 3:00 - 6:30
Mills Riverside Park just off Route 15 between Jericho and Underhill

Here are some notes from our vendors for this week.

But first some news about a new program at the market:

The JUE Food Shelf will be at the Jericho Farmers' Market !
This week we have a special way for you to help out your neighbors in need! The Jericho-Underhill Ecumenical Ministries Food Shelf will be at the Jericho Farmers' Market at Mills Riverside Park to gather donations from you for this Saturday’s foodshelf distribution.

What better way to provide fresh, local produce, honey, or syrup for those in need than to buy something from one of our vendors and donate it to the Food Shelf! Be watching for the food shelf table each month the week before the third Saturday of the month.

NOW some notes from our vendors for this week

This week the Siberian irises are in flower and there will be stalks of flowers which may be ordered for division and delivery in mid-August.
