Invasive Removal Volunteer Work Day June 16

Past event
Jun 16, 2016, 9 AM to 3 PM

We need your help!

Stowe Land Trust is partnering with Mike Bald of GotWeeds? this Thursday to remove non-native and invasive bush honeysuckle from the beautiful DuMont Meadow. Learn how to identify and manually remove these bushes that out-compete native species. Choose to volunteer from 9am-12pm, 1-3pm, or all day.

Long pants, sturdy shoes, and a sun hat are recommended. Please bring water, work gloves and loppers if you have them, and a bag lunch if you plan to stay all day. Register online to join us!
