June 14, 2016

To the Votes of the Town of Newbury,Greeting:

To the inhabitants of the Town of Newbury, legal voters of the Town are herby warned and notified to meet in the Newbury Village Hall,
in said Newbury Village, on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to act on the following articles, viz;

Article 1. Shall the Town authorize the Selectboard to enter into a loan agreement with the Wells River Savings Bank for an amount of $276,00 toward the purchase of a new fire engine for the Wells River Fire Station? Said loan would be repaid in annual payments over the period of ten years at an interest rate of 2.9%

Article 2. Shall the Town authorize the use of $151,00 from the Equipment Reserve Fund, which includes the 2016 funding of $40,000, toward the purchase of said fire engine?
