Robert O'Keefe will lead this month's Open House with a brief talk and discussion entitle: "Body like mountain, breath like the ocean, mind like the sky". It will include a further explanation of Shamatha (meditation) practice using some images to arouse and inspire a deeper connection to the experience of meditation.

This is an engaging introduction to our community, receive meditation instruction, hear a brief talk and participate in conversation. Light snacks to follow.
