Hey Neighbors!
A group of us have been playing Pickleball on the Moretown tennis courts Thursdays 1-2:30. We invite you to join us!
We are also inviting anyone who is interested in playing, or learning more, to join us on Wednesday June 15th. We will offer an introduction to the game and an opportunity to play. Beginners are most welcome! Pickleball is a fun sport which is growing in popularity. The court is smaller than a tennis court and players use wooden paddles to hit a wiffleball. We have enjoyed much laughter given the unpredictable bounces of the wiffleball and our own efforts to make a shot! Keeping it light...although serious players are welcome too, and can offer us tips.
So...regular play is targeted for Thursdays 1-2:30 and a new time on Wednesdays 5-6:30. We will plug in morning play and weekends as participant demand increases. Please reply to this posting to be added to our group list.
