Local Artist, Mary Hill is coming to the Richmond Free Library to offer a two- hour banner workshop. Participants will have access to Mary's materials and guidance and will create their own colorful banner. This workshop is appropriate for adults and teens. Consider signing up with a friend. No experience is necessary. There is a $ 15 materials fee due at the time of registration.
