Thursdays June 16, 23 & 30

A Place of Confluence is a class focused on relating to yourself and another. It is comprised of 5 phases of authentic relating exercises collectively practiced each time with a partner.
The different phases in each class:
Arriving in Self- time to self to listen in and respond
Sharing with words- a sharing of personal experience based on the work of co-counseling.
Listening through bodies- a witness/mover combination based on the work of Authentic Movement.
Giving and Receiving Support- a time to ask and respond to needed support
Expectant waiting- a gathering of the whole group to enjoy silence or words as they come.
Attendance to full series is requested but not required. Prior notice from all participants not signed up for the whole series is necessary.
This class is partner dependent. To guarantee your spot, come with a partner (friend, relative, lover). However, arriving with a partner is not necessary. You may contact Amanda to be put on a list and partnered accordingly. All exercises are beneficial regardless of specific relationship with partner.
Cost of the series:
Individual $24-50
You and Partner $42-72 (reduced cost per individual)
Cost for single class:
Individual $10-20
You and Partner $18-36 (reduced cost per individual)
