Essential oils (EO's) have so much to offer. The best therapeutic grade oils I have found are from the company Young Living. They are grown, harvested & processed with the utmost care, preserving their precious healing properties. Did you know that there are over 80 individual oils available in aromatherapy? And there are countless ways to combine them. EO's have been used in Chinese medicine topically and internally for centuries.
This introductory to essential oils class has lots of great information. You'll be given the opportunity to sample oils and blends, purchase oils, or sign up for your own Young Living account with me if you choose.
