We are excited to announce that the Champlain Senior Center will be transitioning to the sponsorship of the Burlington Parks, Recreation and Waterfront (BPRW) Department. BPRW currently offers a variety of programs for seniors and has a wealth of resources to offer. For those of you who enjoy the services at the Champlain Senior Center rest assured that the nutritious noontime meal, along with other program services, will continue to be offered. You are welcomed to join the participants of the Champlain Senior Center and staff from BPRW on Wednesday, June 8, at 11 am at the Center to discuss this transition. Lunch will be served following the talk. Please call ahead to reserve a lunch (suggested donation of $3 per person), 658-3585.
