This month's NPA Meeting will be the first of two monthly Meetings discussing City Planning & Zoning, especially in the context of Downtown and Town Center development. Don Sinex, whose development this would be, will join us in July (July 13th).
We also have a review of the recently concluded State Legislative Session and a monthly review of all that's going on with Burlington Schools.

7.05: Speak Out
7.15: Ward 8 CDBG Representative, Anne Brena, with a brief update.
7.20: Legislative Review and Forum: Senator Tim Ashe, Representatives Rachelson & Pearson will review the 2016 Legislative Session, answer our questions, and are interested in our priorities for next year. Don't miss it!
8.00: Burlington School Board Chairman, Mark Porter, to bring us up to date with the latest in the District and outlook ahead.
8.20: City Planning & Zoning Director, David White, to discuss the latest on Form-Based Planning, and how it affects Downtown.
8.40: Coalition for a Livable City Member Genese Grill will lead a brief presentation about alternative ideas for our City.
Both above presentations should allow for Q&A - come and tell us what you think.

And: Remember, Burlington Town Center owner Don Sinex plans to join us on July 13th. (Also Frank Von Turkovich should be in the house to present the latest on his Fletcher Place proposal.)
