Join us for the second annual Echo Lake Color Challenge!

On Sunday July 3rd runners/walkers will once again travel a 5K loop alongside beautiful Echo Lake. Along the way participants will be showered with colored powder by enthusiastic volunteers at 5 color stations throughout the course. Cool sunglasses and white T-shirts are provided with pre-registration, ensuring you a colorful outfit upon completion of the Color Challenge.

The colored powder is 100% safe, biodegradable, food-grade cornstarch. It should wash out of clothing, hair, skin, sneakers, etc. It is recommended to cover any electronics or items that cannot be washed. Please be advised that the course is a dirt road and not always level. This is a family event, so strollers are welcome. However, please leave pets at home. Enjoy a snack with us at the finish line.

Individual registration fee is $15 per person; day of event registration is $20. Or you can form a “team” of four friends, family, or neighbors. Team registration fee is $50 per team of four people; day of event team registration is $60. All donations will benefit the Echo Lake Protective Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to maintain the quality of Echo Lake for all to enjoy for generations to come.
