Come to Restorative Yoga on Sunday morning! Restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. We use props to assist in helping you to hold poses longer and the effort is therapeutic and relaxing. It's a great way to start of your day and your week!
