Join in celebrating, rain or shine, two Northern Rivers Land Trust conservation easements in the Lamphear Brook tributary watershed in Albany, VT on Saturday, June 4th, 10 – 1. We will stroll a mile along the brook, through beautiful forests and past an impressive beaver pond to the Henry Coe property, then lunch near one of Vermont’s loveliest cascades. An optional hike afterwards will continue to the adjacent property of Allison van Akkeren. Orleans County Forester, Jared Nunery, and Botanist, Steve Young, will guide us, along with Allison and Henry.

Bring: good hiking shoes, a bagged lunch, rain gear (if needed).

Event location: 1 mile from RT 14 on Shuteville Rd., second road north of Albany on left.
