AGENDA
(1) Public Hearing: Design Review Committee recommendation for permit #16-25, Three Main Street LLC (parcel 23-50-63), requesting a permit to make exterior renovations to a structure located in the Downtown Design Review District.
(2) Public Hearing: To consider the appeal of zoning permit #14-01PRD(a), Hogback Heaven Farm (Bristol Co-Housing Project) (parcel 23-50-57, 23-50-56, 23-50-37), requesting amendments to original permit 14-01PRD.
(3) Approval of meeting minutes from May 17, 2016 meeting
(4) Administrative Matters
• Review and discuss proposed meeting timeline for completion of Zoning Bylaws and Regulation revisions
• Ad hoc committee reports, if any
(5) Guests to offer input on noise regulation revision considerations
(6) Zoning By-laws and Regulations Review: Continue review of draft Articles III, IV, and V.

The Planning Commission is engaged in drafting proposed revisions to the Town’s Zoning By-Laws & Regulations that will bring this document into conformity with the Town Plan approved in November, 2012. Our deliberations on Article X (outlining zones, objectives, uses, and dimensional standards) were completed in January, 2016. We are now proceeding with review and deliberation of the remaining Articles in anticipation of future public hearings and final recommendations to the Selectboard. Adam Lougee, Executive Director of the Addison County Regional Planning Commission (ACRPC), continues to serve as the Planning Commission’s consultant in this process.
Public comments on tonight’s agenda will be called for at an appropriate juncture during the deliberations. We will hear public comments on other topics at the conclusion of our evening’s deliberations.
