Hi neighbors!

We are a new grad-student run volunteer group looking to advocate for preservation activism around the greater Burlington area. You can out check our webpage (which includes a link to our facebook) www.burlingtonsyoungpreservationists.org to learn more about our organization!

We want to call attention to some of the great examples of architecture around downtown Burlington and are planning an event for the last week in October to do just that!

We are going to select about 10 homes around the downtown area to highlight examples of interesting architectural features or historic background. We plan to do this by leaving a pumpkin with our logo painted on it next to a sign with a fact about the home on the front lawn (by the sidewalk) of each selected property.

If anyone has an historic home and would be willing to let us place a small lawn sign on the edge of their property for one week (nothing else is required from you!) please let us know!! We look forward to getting the community involved in our efforts to promote preservation in this great city! Thanks for taking the time to read and we can't wait to hear from you!
