NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DRAFT 2016 TOWN PLAN

Pursuant to 24 VSA §4385, the Fair Haven Selectboard is holding a public hearing on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Offices at 3 North Park Place, Fair Haven, VT to solicit public comment on the draft 2016 Town Plan. All areas of the Town of Fair Haven may be affected by the draft. Specifically, however, based on comment from the May 24 public hearing additional changes and corrections are proposed for the Future Land Use Map that directly affect the below listed parcels. Note: where no change is proposed between the May 24 public hearing and the scheduled June 28 public hearing, indication is made in the below list.

From Commercial to Recreation Area:
• The Park (24-51-25 Town of Fair Haven) – no change since May 24 hearing
From Commercial to Residential:
• 23-01-80 & 24-50-44.1 – John & Jennifer Wood – no change since May 24 hearing
Remain in Mixed River (i.e., not changing to Industrial 1):
• 24-52-38 – Town of Fair Haven – correction discussed at May 24 hearing
• 24-52-45.1 & 24-52-45.2 – Brad Stevens – correction discussed at May 24 hearing
• 24-52-46 – Rodney Ethier & Ellen Pritchard – correction discussed at May 24 hearing
From Residential to Industrial 1:
• 24-52-39 & 24-52-40 – Brad Stevens – no change since May 24 hearing
• 24-52-43.1 & 24-52-43.2 – Karl & Donna Sbardella – no change since May 24 hearing
Remain in Residential (i.e., not changing to Industrial 1):
• 24-52-41 – Roger & Sandra Bishop – correction discussed at May 24 hearing
• 24-52-42 – Walter & Kellie White – correction discussed at May 24 hearing
• 24-52-53 – Milford Clark & Jane Skidmore – correction discussed at May 24 hearing
From Proposed Industrial 1 to Rural Area:
• 27-01-14 (portion north of Town Highway #63 and beginning 348’ east of the edge of the So. Main Street ROW) – John, II & Cynthia Adams – new proposed designation discussed at May 24 hearing
